The ICM Geelong polytec Awards is a chance for cabinetmakers to show off their best work.
The standard of entries from Independent Cabinet Makers this year was extremely high, and the judges had a tough time deciding on the winners of the Best Kitchen and Best Small Range Joinery Categories.
Best Kitchen
For a kitchen that is both contemporary and cosy, Black Venette cabinetry offers a wonderfully striking effect. Andrew Tozer and the team at T & M Cabinetry are the winners in the “Best Kitchen” category.
Black Venette is polytec’s innovation in decorative doors and panels delivering exceptional fingerprint-resistant technology. The silky smooth finish creates an inviting and pleasant touch experience, whilst the pure matt surface assures low light reflection.
The dark-hued wall units encapsulate the heart of the home beautifully and T & M Cabinetry have embraced the contrast, by mixing these moody tones with a striking island bench of polytec Legato Silk and a Cloudburst Concrete Caesarstone 20mm benchtop.
“The Silk Legato is a soft contrast to the Black Venette and becomes the reverse feature in a bold yet beautifully balanced scheme’,” says Marylou Cafaro, Product Design and Development Specialist, Interior Designer and Trend Forecaster at polytec.
