With the kitchen of this architecturally designed townhouse featuring in a recent edition Australian Kitchens & Bathrooms magazine, we can tell you, there’s more to love about this townhouse than just the kitchen.

Situated in a quiet street in East Geelong, the spectacular townhouse, designed by Charles Maccora Design and built by Signature Homes, is listed as an upmarket Airbnb.

Signature Homes was also recently awarded the winners of the HIA Western Vic Custom Home $350-$500k category for the townhouse build.

We were fortunate enough to have a sneak peak inside as ICM Geelong member, Windsor Kitchens, was responsible for the five-star cabinetry and the talented team at Newgrove, the benchtop fabrication.

The Kitchen

A trendy trio of timber, black cabinetry and a beautiful mable-look white make up this contemporary and warm kitchen.

polytec Natural Oak Ravine cabinets offset the black FENIX Nero Ingo overhead and Island bench.

The owners wanted a clean design and what better way to do this than with benchtops without joins. Thanks to the nature of the material, Staron Solid Surfaces eliminates the need for any open joins.

Supreme Cotton White’s soft veining emulates the look of natural stone.

Best of all? The surface is non-porous and stain-resistant – providing a durable surface that is hygienic and easy to clean.
